ICANN:  A Regional Bliss

English is taught in India as a foreign language. Everybody feels proud for his regional languages.

World Wide Web now onwards be accessible for world wide more common way, in my language. It is the 40^th Anniverssary gift to the world. It was a long overdue for many web surfers around the world.  World Wide Web is a habit now for millions of people. Say it from morning bed tea, till a peg of wine at night, every information is now world wide.

The ICANN: Internet Corporation for Assigned Names touched 40 this year. The six day conference in Seoul has great.

The biggest change in technology approved on the day after the 40^th Anniversary day in an experiment at University of California, Loss Angeles. . Mr. Peter Trush the chair man was the glad person on that occasion.
