You can fool a few people for all time. Even you can manage fooling all the people for a while. But nobody can fool all the people every time. Here I am not going to write not about fools neither about time management. World is a show biz.  We all biped  puppets having a head filled with biological elements called brain.

Professionally only talent proves your mettle. My concern is for being fake about their talent.  Many people use fake means to promote their career. People amused by their personality, charm,   when time come for performance they make themselves at back –foot.

Personality does matter in a enhancing your presentation skills. But does it have any impact on your performances. Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa are not respected for their charm or personality but for their talent of their character.

Beauty & Brain is a good combination for personal trait .To some people it is natural. Few learn the trick. Many lack of it.

Why to discriminate people for their looks. On paper it maintained discrimination in any form as a crime, but in practice many do that mistake.

Beauty ruins the brain, many a time. But brain as said always rule the world. Most desirous persona in history was not handsome/ beautiful.

Bosses prefer good reasons to promote to a charming face (female cases), and many reasons to demote the opposite, even they don’t hesitate to ruin their career too.

Please don’t let it happen! Raise your concern for that person. She/ he may be silent due to some compulsion, may be afraid of job or such.

What if you met an accident and got burn injuries, you left with no insurance with you to repair with plastic surgery, which is going to promote you.

Please make it in mind every individual born with special ability. Recognize & encourage it.
